ABOUTABOUT ME !

I’m Annie Henneke, Adjunct Instructor of Music (Oboe) at Tarrant County College.

Praised for her “lyrical voice” and “warm, expressive interpretation,” oboist Annie Henneke regularly performs with the Fort Worth Symphony and Houston Symphony orchestras. Her other orchestral experience includes performances with the Sarasota Orchestra, Houston Ballet Orchestra, San Antonio Symphony, Shreveport Symphony, and the New World Symphony. Ms. Henneke previously served as Second Oboe/English Horn with the Richardson Symphony and as English Horn/Third Oboe with the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra.

An avid chamber musician and soloist, Annie Henneke has performed with the Greenbriar Consortium, Opera in the Heights, and the Baton Rouge Symphony Chamber Players. She made her debut as a concerto soloist with the Arizona State University Symphony Orchestra, performing the Goossens Oboe Concerto.
